Price: $4,500 USD fixed.

Duration: 14 calendar days.

Hours included: 10 hours planning + 10 hours implementation (20 hours total).

Payment timing: Payment Terms: $250 to schedule the intro call, $2,150 due before project starts, and $2,150 due after 7 days. Total engagement price: $4,500. Payments at kickoff and day 7 are pre-agreed contractual obligations; non-payment halts further work.

Scope model: fixed scope confirmed before start; scope frozen for sprint. The intro call does not start the sprint; the 14-day sprint begins after scope is agreed, not when the $250 is paid.

Ownership: client owns the delivered system outright (no license/lock-in).

Refund policy: no refunds.

Exclusions: no retainers, no ongoing support, no open-ended iteration, no advisory-only work, no staff augmentation, no hourly billing.

Extensions: anything beyond 14 days or 20 hours requires a new agreement.
